As the winner of this year's Active Ager 1st Infocomm Champion Award, and being a long-time resident of Serangoon Gardens, I have decided to do something constructive for our own community.

Starting this community blog for all the grassroot leaders of " Kampong Serangoon "I feel would be a great way forward.

There's a chance for one and all to chat, contribute by sharing photos and viewpoints on any subject. Through the comments box, we can engage one another thus furthering the inter-personal contact and bond that already exist among the GRLs.

For this site to be effective, I propose some general Guidelines for now. They can be amended at any time when more people come on board.

1. Site Administrator: Myself and 2 others whom I will personally coach.

2. Access to read blog: Anyone can access. It is a public blog on the www or internet.

3. Comments: Anyone can put comments.

4. Posting : Only GRLs who are registered with Admin can post or share.

[ It is easy. I will show you how, asap. All GRLs are eligible to post.]

5. Contents: The owner/author of the post, pictures or comments shall be fully

responsible for whatever is posted. Please be always mindful of this!

6. Rights: The Admin reserves the right to delete any post,picture or comment

deemed inappropriate, without deliberation.
